From school to business, a successful educational model
Alecop, S. Coop. is one of the many companies that together form the Mondragón Corporation. One of its principal activities is the development and commercial sale of products aimed at improving the quality of education.
ALECOP is the Mondragon Corporation company which leads the development of educational projects abroad, and is also the main manufacturer of teaching resources in Spain. |

Alecop's knowledge and expertise is based, among other sources, on the experience of Mondragon Corporation itself, which encompasses General Education Schools, a Manager Training Centre, Continuous Training Centres, a Language Learning Centre, Applied Research Centres, a Business Pre-incubation Centre, Professional Training Centres and the University of Mondragón, which has three faculties: Higher Polytechnic, Business Sciences and Humanities and Educational Sciences. For all of the above, links with the outside world is one of the key factors in both their management and their business models adapted to educational institutions.

- Designs, carries out and assesses educational projects.
- Designs and develops syllabuses and teacher training courses.
- Designs and develops teaching resources: from classroom-based educational intervention proposals to the equipment required for their successful implementation. All these activities are based on a global view of the close links that bind Schools, Society and the Professional World.

Alecop has a number of different R&D teams who work in close collaboration with professionals from both the education and the productive systems, a policy which gives us a clear advantage as regards being fully aware, at all moments, of society's demands in both the educational and business worlds.
